This Last week we finally got some much needed snow! We loved it since we have been having a 60 degree winter.

We got about 10 inches of fluff. It was beautiful.

Poppy and Loxx were bright pink twinner snow bunnies. 

This is what happens when your tiny pup has to go potty in the fluffy snow. She doubled in size....too funny. 

Poppers first snow man with her dad. 

And this was our yummy soup after the snow time fun.

Seriously one of my favorite soups...

I used fresh basil, parsley and sage.

I also soaked my white beans-instead of canned. 

I soaked my cashews and added them whole.
